Change your lifestyle to include regular exercise- both aerobic and strength.
Eat reasonably well.
One trick is to eat more, smaller meals. (i.e. you get to snack)
Skipping meals is not the right way to go about it, neither is some stupid diet.
Don’t eat big meals late at night.
Eat more slowly.
Get rid of the Soda and Starbucks.
